After a few calls, Anthony scheduled a visit for an estimate. Although he was late for the appointment, he seemed very professional during the walk-thru. He promised an estimate within a day or two. After weeks of waiting and several phone calls during that time, I haven't heard a thing. If he were too busy, he should have simply told me. Between my waiting for his late appointment, the time taken for the walk-thru and all the follow-up calls, it's been a waste of time. Don't waste yours. Update: Well, chapter 2 was a very different story with Precision. I did eventually hear back from Anthony. After apologizing for the lack of follow-up, he revisited our home to confirm measurements and adjust to our desire to go with a 5 ft fence instead of a 4 ft as originally requested. He outlined our options and promised a quote by the end of the day. The quote came in a timely basis, and was slightly reduced after a bit of clarifying discussion. More importantly, he promised to complete the work before the arrival of our puppy just a week and a half away. The work was completed with high quality and in time for the arrival of our new canine family member. Thank you, Anthony!

I telephoned the number on their website 4 different times over a 5 week period and left messages. I also filled out the contact form on their website 3 different times. No response to any of these. I was persistent because Precision originally installed my fence and it made sense to use them for a replacement. I assume they have gone out of business.

Still not complete after months of waiting. The "reasons" were the wet weather this drought-filled summer and early fall. Multiple requests for updates, always the same response: next week. Too many next weeks without my fence.

Tony was very professional, polite and punctual both in providing an estimate and in the work completed.

The job was completed as desired, high quality. With the time of year and a week of rain the work was delayed longer than I would have liked and communication wasn't ideal....that said I would recommend for anyone in the Dedham area.

Precision was easy to work with. We had gotten an estimate from another company which seemed really high. I got the feeling that because the job was relatively small, they weren't interested. The Precision guy who came to do the estimate was punctual, friendly and professional. He made it clear that they were pretty busy but they like dogs and would do their best to get the job done as soon as they could:) It took them about 3 weeks to start the job and once they started, they were done in a few hours. They came back the following day to install the gates. Two weeks after I sent in the deposit, I called to check on our status. They didn't call me back but a worker showed up 2 days later to do the final measurements for the gates. A few days later, the installers showed up and it was smooth sailing from there. My husband and I were both really happy with the quality of the materials and the workmanship.

Everything happened as it should have - I called for an estimate, Richard came out to measure and discuss the job, we received an estimate the following day. Work began the end of the week, the gates were built in the shop and installed the following Saturday. It all went very smoothly.

Very well, though a little slow from quote to installation. Installation itself took only about four hours (!). The delay was caused by custom choices in posts, rails and pickets, and with having the fence painted before installation. Queuing during the summer season probably also had some effect.

Precision Fence did not respond to me request for quote from Angie's List. Angie's list, this happens way too often with your listed contractors. Time to tighten up the qualifications Angie's List, I don't value your list and won't be renewing.

They were the ones that returned my phone calls unlike others. They were quick at what they did. They were competitive on the price. They were doing big jobs and I had a small job so they came when they had to. They were very professional.

Within the four weeks my fence was ready to be installed. Two of their employees came out to remove the existing chain link fence and install the new fence--It took a few hours to install. However, later on that evening and for the next two days, the smell of gas was prominent in the area. The gas company was called and for a couple of days, work was done on the street. Overall, it was a good experience. I have received lots of compliments on the fence and it has definitely improved the appearance of the front of my home.

I received 4 estimates and Precision took 4 weeks to get back to me (I had already made the decision that I would go with another company), but their price was half as much as the next lowest bid. When I put down the deposit I was told it would be 3-weeks; after not hearing back after 5 weeks I called Richard and he said it would be another few weeks. I had seen reviews of Precision on Angie's List and knew to expect this type of delay with Precision. After 9 weeks I called Richard and simply left a message, and quot;what time will you be at my place to install the fence on Monday.and quot; I think he knew I was fed up and he called back me back and said, and quot;9AM.and quot; His team showed up at 9AM and installed the fence in 2 days. They did a great job and the great price and quality was worth the wait. I would hire Precision again, but be aware of the wait.

There was much confusion and we were almost ready to pull the plug but they came through in the end in a big way. We are very pleased with the work, and the cost. I would recommend that you include an install date in your contract.

They treated us as if we were their most important customer! Weather delays were beyond their control and they still came out when it was raining to begin the digging the posts. They left the property in immaculate condition. From the sales representative to the installers to the owner - all were professional, courteous and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone, regardless of the size of the project.!

They did a great job. Installed the fence on one day and came back to install the gates another. Filled all nail holes and cleaned up after themselves. After mentioning my neighbor's chain link fence (back border of our yard) was busted up, he offered to replace the broken 6' of chain link for free to fully enclose our yard. Saved me a summer project! The fence looks fantastic and finally makes our backyard look nicely framed and updated. My neighbors like our fence so much, they've asked for Precision Fence's contact information.

Although I chose another installer on the basis of price, Precision Fence impressed me.

We decided on this contractor because he responded promptly with a reasonable price. There was some delay in part do to weather, and in part do to delays in the arrival of the materials. The delay amounted to two or three weeks, but when they came they worked quickly and well for two and a half days from start to finish and we have a great fence.

Owner was very prompt in contacting me and giving an estimate. I got 3 or 4 estimates and Precision came in at the lowest. The company was local which I was look for. The job took a half a day and the fence was exactly what I wanted. It's held up nice except for the lock bar on the gait. It bent and eventually broke off in a heavy wind. I use a thin bar to keep it from swinging back and forth. The only reason I rated a B on professionalism was because the company gave me a bad referral for a GC out of Franklin and a Landscaper out of Boston. Fortunately neither one of them are on Angies list.

It was wonderful from estimate, bringing of sample colors, suggesting that I go with a double instead of single gate and the installation was done to my total satisfaction. It had that wow effect on me when I first saw the finished product, I would use them again and have recommended them to friends and coworkers

They were really busy when I needed them, but when they came they did a very good job. I am getting ready to call them again to extend my fence.
