Description of Work: I was having trouble with my new computer from Dell. I called PC Guys who gave me a lot of information over the phone. Ultimately, they helped me realize I had gotten a lemon and I went back to Dell and exchanged it. PC Guys were very knowledgeable and patient. If I have future issues, I would definitely go to them.
