My experience with them went well. The Big Deal was originally for two rooms, but they only did one room, since I wanted two colors in the one room. It still was a good deal.

The work was done well and completed efficiently.

Services were provided within the time frame promised. Work was clean and professional and price was kept to the estimate. I had used this painter in the past to paint the entire exterior of the home as well.

Owen was referred to us by a friend after our vacation home was damaged due to a burst pipe this past winter. He was very polite and professional. All work was completed in a timely manner and for the price he quoted me. There were areas in the walls that needed repair/ patching. It looks flawless, everything looks brand new, his attention to detail is amazing. I am very pleased with the way things came out and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!

Avoid this painter. He is the usual time wasting contractor who does not follow up. Owen Davids of Owen's Painting made an appointment to come prepare a price quote for the painting of the entire exterior of our 2700 sqft antique 2 story colonial. He showed up and talked quite a while and looked at the house. When he left he promised to have the quote for us 'in a few weeks'. Two months later we reminded him that we had not received the quote. He played like he had just been thinking of us and that he would have the quote now ready in a few days. The quote did not not take a few days to make, but more like 7-10 days. When the quote was dropped off, it was a 1 page manually filled out form with a couple of check marks and a few hard to read handwritten lines, without any serious details and a ridiculously high un-serious price of $14,900, which doe snot come anywhere near theother painters, even the most expensive corporate ones.

Beautiful work. Doing the trim was rather fussy, but Owen took the time it needed and did a very careful job. What really stood out was how clean he left things - no drips on the furniture or floors, no mess around the sink, no smudges on the walls. Owen was fun to work with. Price was higher than another estimate I got, but the work was so good I have no complaints.

His paint job was very good. He was just a lovely person and I can't say enough about him. He was a very personable person to work with. He came out when he said he would and he finished the work on time and was immaculately neat. On the down side, he did promise to take care of my rusted radiator (heater) but after he painted it, the rust bled through his paint job. He painted it again but, it still bled through. I really liked his work though. He was a really nice guy.

Owen and Donald were extremely professional and thorough. They would not hear of cutting any corners when it came to quality. They even verified my choice of paint because they wanted to ensure that in the end it would be a job that was up to their standards. They were also wonderful to work with, and I enjoyed the time they were here.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH OWEN AND HIS EMPLOYEE, DONALD. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXTREMELY HIGH. THEY WERE THOROUGH (THE SHINGLE PREPARATION OUTSIDE AND THE WALL PREPARATION INSIDE). THEY WERE PRECISE (NO DROPS OF PAINT ON THE GARDEN OR ANY FLOORS OR FURNITURE AND THE PAINT EDGES WERE EXACT.) THEY WERE ALSO RESPONSIVE (OWEN PAINTED AT LEAST TEN PATCHES OF DIFFERENT COLOR PAINTS ON THE WALL OF THE HALLWAY UNTIL I FOUND ONE I LIKED. HE ALSO STEERED ME AWAY FROM A COLOR I WOULD HAVE LATER REGRETTED). FINALLY, THEY WERE CONSISTENTLY RELIABLE, PLEASANT AND POLITE. I PLAN ON HIRING THEM AGAIN.
