Description of Work: My heavy garage door was re-aligned and made light and easy to raise and lower. |Exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price! I wish I had called years ago.

Description of Work: O'Malley' s quickly responded to my call, came on time, were knowledgeable, polite and able to quickly a**** the situation. They fixed the malfunctioning doors that were fairly old and provided the option of fixing or replacing the last door. I chose to replace the door and am quite pleased. They also left the work space space clean. My 2 first experiences using Angie's list has shown the difference between one person's referral and consistent professionalism

Description of Work: They installed our garage doors intially in the garage -- as subs for our general contractor. We then lost touch with them for 2 years. Then this winter, on of the cables broke- we called somebody else to repair, since we did not have Omalley's contact number. The other person could not get the garage door to align, and to hit the floor fully. We finally found Omalley's number and called him. He came by and said we need new rollers, so he ordered those, and 10 days later he installed them by himself. However, this did not fix the problem, and the snow storm was coming that evening. Initially he was going to reschedule for after the storm, because he needed a crew to help him out, since the garage door was very very heavy. However, he called the crew right on the spot, and they were able to come right over, and did a very thorough job in fixing the garage door. They had to take it apart, saw some part of it off, and put it all together again. They adjusted it very thoroughly, so there is no more problem, and it fits so snugly-- all before the snow storm. I was overjoyed. Really a nice guy, and his crew of 2 were very nice and professional too.
