+ 0 moreWhen I called, I didn't have to leave a message, which was nice, and we set up an appointment for 2 days later. After taking a look at my laundry list of things, he told me what he'd do and set up a time 2 days after that, taking into account my schedule. All in all, the quick response and quick completion were really impressive. I'm really happy with the job he did and will definitely call him again. And he was really patient with my lack of knowledge of anything having to do with home repair. The job was well done, the area left the way he found it, and he was on-the-dot punctual both times was here - once for the look-see and for the job itself. It's a level of professionalism that I haven't experienced in a while and it's good to know it still exists.
Description of Work: I asked Dave to check out a few thing in my home which had been nagging me for a while; unstable attic stairs, sticking bulkhead, broken doorbell, and 2 broken basement windows. He took care of the broken windows in the basement and took a look at the other things. He oiled the bulkhead door, told me he thought the stairs were fine and diagnosed the problem with the doorbell, which I can take care of a later time.
