6/12/23- I called Laku to return because a pantry light fixture he purchased and installed a couple weeks prior had stopped working. Upon arrival he told me he hadn't misdiagnosed and there was no power to the switch. I asked him to assess the situation thoroughly as my dishwasher had stopped working and started working again after my son in law flipped the breaker, which is when the pantry light went out. After assessing he found a GFI outlet in the garage that had been tripped. Another 20 minute visit for the same problem and he charged me $85 and he lives 5 minutes from me. This $20 light ended up costing me $270. Perhaps if he had assessed it correctly the first time there would not have been a 2nd visit. Doesn't value his repeat customers, or own up to his mistakes. Sorry for the 2 negative reviews, but like you said, 2 service calls, 2 charges (Wink!)

Laku electric tackled several jobs including installing recessed lighting, a new electrical outlet and installing a new bathroom fan. Prompt, profession, and quality work. Will definitely use Laku electric again!

Excellent. Laku electric was easy to work with. He knows his business and was able to explain some things around my house that I didn't know. He meet all my needs. He cleaned up nicely and was very close by which was also convenient. His prices were competitive.

6/23 arrived to repair a pantry light that wasn't working. He began to take it down and I asked him why he wasn't assessing other things. He said he was sure it was the light and he replaced it. The next time I ran my dishwasher it had stopped working. My SIL flipped the circuit breaker for the dishwasher and it started working again but on the same day the light in the pantry stopped working, indicating an electrical issue. He had squeezed me in because he lives 5 minutes from me, was rushing and didn't take the time to assess and he put the light in crooked! Takes advantage of existing customers, ijust because it's easy to call someone you've used in the past, classic bait and switch! Difficult to communicate with, interrupts frequently, no patience. I would of never called this man again, except that I expected a $20 light fixture that I paid $185 and took 20 minutes to install, to work. That didn't go well either! Note this contractor has received a past excellent review from me.

Went very good. Laku was very professional and knowledgeable. He is pleasant and did a great job. He was attentive and diligently did everything I asked witching 6 hours. (I was told by another electrician it would take 3 days). He kept the work area clean which I appreciated since it required making holes in the ceiling and walls. Cost was very reasonable.

Avdulla came to my house the same day that I called him to discuss the job. He looked at the old outlets and wiring, gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable and got to work on the next business day. He replaced the old outlet boxes with larger boxes, he replaced the old BX wiring with Romex (on 2 new circuits) and he replaced the 2-prong outlets with new 3-prong outlets. He finished the job in two days. I was very satisfied with the results.

Better than we could have expected. He responded quickly to request for estimate, provided estimate the same day he visited our home, and he completed the job less than a week later. He was punctual and professional. On the day of the job, he showed up on time, ready to work. He worked efficiently and without breaks. When he discovered he would have to replace box in ceiling, he purchased a new one and quickly changed it out. He was neat, he took care to make smallest holes possible, and patched them before he left. He worked hard to minimize dust and was very conscientious about cleaning the work area before he left. We have already recommended him to two others looking for an electrician.

Excellent. They troubleshooted the problem, replaced an erran circuit breaker. Lights have stopped flickering, no reoccurrence of the problem since. Definitely keeping the number. They were very considerate of my property, time and made me part of the process

Great experience. Professional and on time. Knows what he’s doing, and is very straightforward. The work involved running wires through walls and from the basement panel as well. He did minimal cutting of the walls. Super happy with the work done. Would definitely hire again.

We just moved to our new house not long ago and we found our electrical stuff are a mess. One room did not have ceiling lights; another one have 2 dead outlets. And there was no labels in the panel to tell us which break controls which part of the house. Laku responded to my Angie's List request very quickly and gave us a free estimate at the same day with pretty reasonable price and told us he can start work as earlier as this Saturday! On Saturday, he was arrived on time and worked our electronically issues very professionally. They added a new wire for the dead outlet and the no light room. And then he check our panel and pointed our our panel wiring issue and rewired safely them with small fee. And then he and his co-worker were going up and down server times to test all our breakers and labeled them nicely. Since our ceiling fan was not coming on time, he had to visit our house on the next following Wednesday to finish work. And it was another nice experience with him. They came on time again, knew exactly what they needed to do and installed my fan and upgraded all my 2 prong outlets to 3 prongs within 2 hours. And they cleanup house. When they left, we have a nice tidy house with all lights, ceiling fan and outlets working! I highly recommend Laku. And we will definitely call him if we have any other electrical issues.

Laku responded to my Angie's List request very quickly, came to our agreed upon appointment on time, took a look at my electrical service generally and the Knob and Tube wiring specifically, found that it was dead, as I suspected, and signed the paper I needed signed in order to have some insulation work done. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I will call him again for my other electrical work.

OUTSTANDING! I called Avdulla after reading his reviews on Angie's list and he not only lived up to his "A" reviews, I would give him an "A+." I called him on a Friday looking for an estimate and he came out to give us the estimate that Sunday. We were on a tight schedule to have the work done and he promised to call as soon as he was able to schedule us. True to his word, he called the following Thursday when he found he had some time that day. The job involved running a new wire from the basement electrical panel, up to the 3rd floor attic and then down into the bedroom with the 3 outlets. He needed to cut 2 holes in the wall to get the wires into the room and repatched the holes before he left. He even replaced an additional outlet in that room that showed signs of overloading with burn marks. He wanted to make sure that the outlets were all safe. It took him 3 hours. When the work was completed he walked me through all the rooms that he worked in and explained everything. Avdulla is a knowledgeable professional and I will be happy to recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
