Description of Work: They fixed a myriad of issues, one of which was very difficult to find, but thanks to a bulb blowing out, Philip then diagnosed the problem. They also did some minor stuff and corrected the outside light issue. He even replaced the fixture with one I had here and found another problem which needed to be fixed. Philip was terrific, very clean, courteous, and pleasant. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Also very neat, cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend this contractor.

Description of Work: I had a fan/light that had to be re connected after some plaster work. Vespa Electrical found that the fan had been connected without a fan box and with faulty wiring. All was corrected and properly mounted. |The greater part of the job was wiring for heated GutterHelmut. He had to install a 20 amp circuit, run cable and purchase and install a GFPE circuit breaker and switch for the cable. It was an all day project. All turned out well.

Description of Work: I asked John Vespa for consulting services related to the possible installation of facilities for charging Electric Vehicles (EVs) at my condominium in Dedham, MA. |Vespa responded promptly to my request for consulting, set a date only a few days later, and arrived on time when promised. He provided oral advice to myself and the condo maintenance manager, which I included in a written report to the condo board. No physical work was done.

John is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious, and we would be hard pressed to seek a different contractor for electrical work in the future now that we've found him.
Description of Work: Installed and wire ceiling fan electrical box in kitchen ceiling. Junction consisted of old BX cabling that needed to be ''made safe'' due to the haphazard job that had been done prior to us moving into the condo.
