He is very professional and upfront with what he is doing. Wanted to make sure everything he was doing was going to work with other renovations that were taking place.

We had an intermittent feedback in our front door buzzer, the source of which was unknown. John made a thorough check of everything and replaced the cheapest component, which turned out to be the source of it.

John returned my call promptly and came to take a look at the projects within a few days. It took about a week to get the bid in writing, and another week to have him break down the cost by item (we asked for this because we weren't sure if we could afford all the work at once). He scheduled the work promptly and finished in less than one day. John worked with 2 employees and everyone was friendly and polite. The work yielded a lot of dust, which they spent time mopping up, but it was still a bit messy at the end. We were very happy with the results: everything works and looks great!

I left a message for John leaving my contact information and he quickly returned my call. He was very nice over the phone and we set up a good time for him to come fix the buzzer. I was not able to be home when John came but my wife spoke with him. She said he was very nice, professional, and easy to get along with. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable rate.

Went very well. Everything was done as promised and when promised. He recommended pulling a permit and he handled both visits by the inspector. No corrections were required.

John Vespa is everything a contractor should be, the quality of the work is first rate, he is punctual, and there are never any surprises in cost or anything else. I have been remodeling a bathroom and there were a lot of delays due to problems with other contractors. A fair amount of time went by and I had not contacted him and he called to let me know he was getting very busy and I should book a date for the finish work. It was looking like he could not come until mid November, he took another look at his schedule and found a day sooner. All the work he did on the project went so smoothly it made a very frustrating project that much better. He is a first rate electrician and I can't say enough good things about him and his company.

I think I probably paid the minimum I could expect to pay for a job like this using John. I found him on Angie's List website. He really did a good job and I found him to be pretty good.

These guys were great. They got this difficult project done in two days and were able to keep the power on in my home for a large part of the time. I feel confident in their work and would highly recommend them to others.

I can not say enough about how impressed I was with this company. They patiently helped me decide where to place the ceiling fan by moving it to several locations to see what I thought. They programmed the remotes for the fans and installed the remote holders on the wall. They even vacuumed the area so I didn't need to clean up after them.

They were excellent, very neat and clean, and better than other companies I ve worked with. They were efficient and punctual. They call you back when you call them. They did a very good job and explained every step of the job. I would recommend them.

John arrived on time and very soon thereafter mailed us a very reasonable bid. We also talked to John about the electrical system more generally (we've got plenty of knob-and-tube wiring), both when meeting at the house and then in a long phone call thereafter. After those conversations, we decided to scrub the patch-work upgrade and to undertake a full upgrade of the entire electrical system, replacing all the knob-and-tube. Crucially, we'll do this before our planned repainting and before we move in. Hence in the course of soliciting John's bid, in fact we obtained a consultation about our electrical system. John did not invoice us for the time spent on this consultation, but we sent him a check anyway--and we remain grateful for his candor. He saved us lots of future headaches. Even if the full upgrade proves to be such a big job that we are forced to use a bigger company (we are under time pressure to move in), we will call John after we move in for routine electrical matters.

John was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, both at the time of the estimate and for the actual job. He and his worker were quiet and persistent with the tricky walls. The walls were neatly patched where necessary and all floors were left without a trace of their work. John also pointed out some other electrical issues without any pressure to do that work.

Fantastic! The thoughtful and complimentary comments that I read about John and his company on Angie's List are very true. They were punctual and very organized. John walked and inspected the work of his crew which was wonderful. The lighting that he selected makes our house feel like a home now.

We have had John come by 3-4 times for various electrical work to our old house. He is, in a word, outstanding. Comes on time, knows his stuff, gives great advice, and even tells you when work is unnecessary. Cleans up very well afterwards too. We are extremely picky and have rarely hired a contractor that we were 100% pleased with, but John is perfect.

He did everything he said he was going to do, everything that we agreed on. He did it professionally.

There was a group of men working on all of the jobs to complete the work as soon as possible. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone. They were friendly and on time and made sure to answer all of our questions. The price was very reasonable as well.

The work that he did was fine. We're happy with the results. We had some issues with his reliability. Do not remember job cost.
