 + 1 moreCharming, old-school gentleman was responsive and willing to fit in this small job quickly in response to our needs. Very reasonable estimate (1/10 of another high-rated Angie's List Company!!) and took the utmost pride in his work, showing me how few tiles he had had to cut. He had to reschedule once but communication was excellent.
Description of Work: Tiled bathroom floor (ca 50 square feet) over existing plywood subfloor. Also re-mortared loose flagstones on front step and replaced missing brick.

 + -1 moreMR CONTE NOT ONLY REPAIRED THE STEPS REQUESTED, BUT HE ALSO APPLIED NEW CEMENT TO PARTS OF THE STRUCTURE, BEYOND WHAT WE HAD AGREED. HE WAS ON TIME, POLITE, INFORMATIVE, AND CLEANED UP COMPLETELY. I FELT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, BASED ON OUR AGREEMENT, AND FELT THAT I GOT EVEN MORE THAN WE HAD BARGAINED FOR.
Description of Work: REPAIRING FRONT BRICK STEPS, AND APPLYING NEW CEMENT TO SEVERAL AREAS ON THE STEPS.
