+ -1 moreCalled John on a Saturday night at 9 PM when I saw that he offered emergency service. John called at 10 PM & said he would come to the house & give a free estimate at 10 AM Sunday morning. Scheduled John to come Monday at 7:30. He arrived at 7:10 & was finished before 7:30. Very thorough, explained what was going on, gave us a discount & told us to keep an eye on the leak for 24-48 hours, and for us to call if leaking again.
Description of Work: Replaced a leaky valve under the kitchen sink.

+ -1 moreHellas is the best. John could not be easier to work with. The quality is impeccable. I needed a toilet removed so that a tile floor could be installed. Hellas came out and removed the toilet, then came back two days later, once the floor was set, and installed the toilet and a new sink and vanity. The job was fast, planned around my schedule, and of outstanding quality. I can't remember what the cost was, but I remember thinking it was incredibly reasonable, especially considering they had to schedule in two different trips. I can't say enough about how great Hellas is. If you want it done right, and want someone fantastic to deal with, Hellas is your place.
Description of Work: Installed a new sink and vanity, removed the toilet so the floor could be tiled, came back and installed a new toilet.

+ -1 moreI left a message on the Sunday following the blizzard Nemo, and received a call-back early the following morning. The plumber was here at noon, as promised, the problem assessed, the part obtained and installed. No fuss, no muss.
Description of Work: A bathtub drain was not draining. I was able to determine that the lever opening and closing the drain was frozen, and the apparatus needed to be replaced. This was done quickly and professionally. I expect to be billed for it, so I am uncertain at this point as to the cost.
