+ -1 moreFrazer construction was wonderful to work with from start to finish on replacing the roof on our house. I also used a city of Boston loan on the project and they were extremely responsive on providing me all necessary documentation I needed for the loan program. Frank handled the project responsively and professionally. Before the project even started one of our eaves was flapping in the wind and they came out the same day to remove it before an impending storm. During the course of the roof removal they found there were three layers that needed to be removed, and did not charge us any extra. Also when old shingles coming off left marks on the house next door, Frank literally painted the side of their house. He handled all details and made the process extremely smooth and easy for me. He always responded to my calls or emails the same day. I can't review this company highly enough and I would certainly use them again going forward. In all of my home repairs thus far, Frazer has been my favorite company to deal with.

Description of Work: I needed to replace 2 Harvey Windows. Frazer was by far the most reasonably-priced by a margin of at least $200 (25%). Although the price and actual installation was quite professional, I gave them a B overall because I had to follow-up on almost every step (i.e. estimates, installation schedule, Massave paperwork, etc.), as I didn't get the feeling anything would be done if I did not check in frequently.

Description of Work: We hired Frazer Construction to replace our roof last year. I cannot review them highly enough. I worked with Frank who was extremely responsive to all of my requests and really took care of everything. He literally painted the side of the house next to us as pieces of roofing came off and left streaks on the side of the house. There were also three layers of roof that needed removing, and we were not charged any extra. Also, prior to the job start we had a piece of eave flapping in the wind that I was concerned about falling - I called them and they came out and removed it the same day at no charge (they replaced at the time of the roof installation). I would certainly use them again for other jobs.
