Dimitri’s Painting & Masonry

Dimitri and his crew were very professsional. They arrived a half hour early and did a great a job painting the bathroom, two bedrooms and staining the trim around the windows. I also needed masonry repair work done on my front steps as well as prep work for installing a railing. They did a fantastic job completing the project. I was also impressed with the initiative Dimitri took to repair other minor related masonry issues he noticed without requesting an additional charge. Dimitri takes pride in his work and aims to please his customers. His prices are very reasonable and I would definitely hire his company again to fulfill my painting and masonry needs!

We are more than satisfied with Dimitri's Painting & Masonry. We need our front brick steps done over and the front decking area. They replaced the brick stairs with brand new ones, power washed and sanded the iron rails, and removed the wood decking and replaced with brand new wood. Came out great. They were on time, professional, honest, and nice guys. Dimitri is great and so is he carpenter Juan. Just amazing group of guys. He gave us a fair price and explained what he would be doing and what the outcome would be, no surprises. I would definitely hire him again and recommend his services to anyone.

Excellent work by Dimitri & team. I wish all other contractors could be like Dimitri. Very prompt and attention to detail all around. Will hire again once I’ve saved up for the next project.

I can’t say enough about Dimitri and his crew. They were very punctual every day and detailed with the work they performed. I would highly recommend his company and will certainly be using him in the future.

Dimitri was a great guy to work with. It took sometime to schedule the work as he was held up in other jobs, But on the day my project was scheduled. He showed up early, and Left the work site as clean as he found it. I would and do plan on hiring him for future projects.

Dimitri and his team are wonderful! They did an amazing job from repairing the holes and gaps on my stone foundation and parge the whole foundation. Dimitri will always tell you what he finds and what course of action he will take to get the issue fix. I wasn’t able to be there when he was completing the work but he would send me pictures of the progress every so often to keep me in the loop as if I was there with him. He even offer to do additional work without charging me extra! His team were nice and profession! I love working with them! All my neighbors had compliment on the work they had done for me. I would definitely hire Dimitri and his team again and definitely would refer them to anyone who needs work done. Well done Dimitri :)

Dmitry and his crew did a fantastic job with our back yard patio with stone pavers. They started when they said they were going to start, finished on time, were professional and friendly, and the patio is perfect in all respects. The cost was very competitive. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. I would hire them again for masonry work in a flash!

I am more than satisfied with Dimitri’s Painting & Masonry. I’m in charge of ra 16 unit building which required: 1) Replacement and painting of the cedar shingles after years of wear. Work & Results: Carpentry & Painting Excellent! 2) Restoration of multiple rear escape wooden decks that required power washing, sanding, stain. In addition the metal stair system needed touching up- meaning sanding of rusts spots and painting of those areas. Work & Results: Excellent

Dimitri and his men were punctual and did a beautiful job! I was worried about having to pay a lot, but their services were affordable. They cleaned the surrounding so that it was better than when they started. Will definitely call again next time we need masonry work done!1

Dimitri and his team were amazing. They did a great job painting four rooms and two hallways! They are the most customer-focused contractors I have come across and will absolutely recommend them to friends and hire them again in the future.

It was great luck to finally have a warm dry day this April and to find Dimitri was available to repair our hazardous front stairs. He along with Juan worked for two hours and made our stairs look like new. Can’t wait to use our front door again ( gotta wait a few days for the cement to cure)

It was fantastic. Dimitri's team was super professional and a pleasure to work with. The apartment looks fantastic - the team did a great job with the painting, but also left the house super clean! Dimitri and his crew is extremely response (he ALWAYS calls you back) and they do what they say they are going to. We've used Dimitri when we needed a new retaining wall built (major project), lawn care and snow removal. We highly recommend Dimitri and his company.

I'm always nervous I'm going to fall into a home repair horror story where I can never get the contractor to show up or respond—well, you don't have to worry about Dimitri. He and his crew (especially Juan) were phenomenal. He's incredibly responsive and customer-oriented. He shows up promptly and does great work to specification—even exceeding expectations. But what I really love about Dimitri and his crew, aside from a super sense of humor, is that they go above and beyond. Dimitri offered me advice about other DIY painting jobs and home repair projects. I'd hire Dmitri's Painting and Masonry again in a heartbeat. By the way, all the work is solid and done right...haven't had issues with anything. And the kitchen cabinets were a tough job!

Dimitri's Painting came out to do a walk through of our condo and provide a quote for repainting the interior as we were preparing to sell it. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful about the best ways to approach the project, in order to get good results but save money where possible. Quote was extremely competitive compared to others we obtained, and we would have booked the service, but we got an as-is offer to purchase our home and didn't end up doing any painting at all. But we did recommend Dimitri's to the new owners!

Dimitri responded to a request for estimate very quickly (within 1 day) and we scheduled a date for the work within 2 weeks. This needed to be adjusted due to extent of rain we had, but Dimitri and his team showed up on time and completed the work in 2 days. They were very professional and conscientious about cleaning up. I plan to use them again on a project in the front of the house and possibly a painting job in the spring.

Contacted Dimitri for Snow removal. He got back to me promptly, was very polite, professional and attentive to my needs. Unfortunately my nephew stepped up to take care of the snow removal so I had to cancel. I have every intention of trying to contact Dimitrios Marmanidis if I am ever in need of his services. I highly recommend working with him!

Contacted Dimitry in Aug. about repairing steps. Gave me a verbal estimate & said he would get to it next month. After half a dozen calls & excuses I gave up. Wasted 3 months of my time & now we're in Nov. Too cold to do the job. Save yourself a lot of aggravation & call someone else.

Dimitri & his crew were excellent! They were prompt, polite, left the work area cleaned up etc. - and they did a wonderful job painting. The exterior of the house had several issues besides needing paint (e.g. stucco repair, brick work on front steps, replace rotten wood) which they were able to address - and they returned for any follow-up issues that I requested. I recommend them very highly!

Our house looks beautiful and Dimitri went around the entire house looking for any small things that needed to be corrected before he was satisfied. It looked so nice it put our old small garden patio to shame so they built a larger patio and walkway for us. It was done in two days and looks incredible. We have asked Dimitri to come back for some interior painting this winter. Dimitri and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with and we will always hire them in the future. Excellent!!!

Dimitri and his crew got it all done in a day. They were amazing and never stopped working. They knew rain was coming the next day and they were determined to get it completed. One thing we encountered was on Angie's list, it says he takes visa and mastercard but he does not - only checks. Dimitri was very apologetic and understanding. A true pleasure to work with. It went very well, my house looks like a new place

Dimitri and crew were very punctual and professional and they finished the work faster than I expected. My husband and I were quite pleased with the finished product. I have since referred him to friends and family and they are please with his work and professionalism as well. I would definitely contact him again for any other work I need done.

I received an estimate but it was higher than other estimates that I received. Everything was fine.
