Dimitri’s Painting & Masonry

Dimitri and his crew did a great job. He is very friendly and professional, and his prices were excellent. I will be definitely using him again. The next time will be for masonry work.

I could not recommend Dimitri and his crew more highly. They did a phenomenal job repairing and painting our house. It looks beautiful! All communication and interactions with them were easy and straightforward. They came when they said they would, did the work in exactly the time they said they would; everything went smoothly! They gave us advice when we asked and even did extra repairs that came up along the way. Dimitri is a great guy and you’d be lucky to have him work on your house!

Dimitri and his team were flexible, fast, and listened to every question I had before, during and after the install of two retention walls- one supporting the rear property line and one for a flower bed adjacent to a driveway. The team cleaned out all the weeds and debris that grew up along the rear retention wall on my neighbors property and removed it - effects very making their lot look nicer and cleaner than at the start of the job. Dimitri and his team protected and worked around 40 year old heirloom roses with a very intricate root system. I’ll look forward to see how the wall will pop once the roses are in full bloom!

Dimitri and his crew were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job of painting our condo in Cambridge. The interior paint job included a lot of trim work as well and the job was completed on time and at the quoted price (which was very reasonable)! They also did some masonry work for our building and did a great job. I would definitely hire Dimitri again.

Dimitri’s team painted my kitchen and den beautifully in the timeframe I needed. Their workmanship is “top shelf” and the service is customer-oriented. As a bonus, they are polite and friendly people, too.

Dimirti and the crew painted the inside of the garage and interior of the house. They came on time and worked very hard to get the job done ahead of schedule. Their price is very fair for the amazing quality of work that you get in return. Dimirti keeps a very open communication line during the entire operation. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work of any kind done to their house or yard.

I hired Dimitri this fall to paint the interior of my house after a partial remodel. I also used his services to repoint my crumbling front steps and my chimney, which after the remodel was now exposed running through my kitchen. Dimitri and his partner, Juan, are genuine and friendly guys, very responsive with great customer service. They worked with my wife to help pick out the right colors and gave us advice on how to handle some tricky color transitions between walls and beams in the new layout. They also consistently would walk the property with me and give me advice on how to handle other future projects, without angling for the contract themselves. When it came time to paint, they were fast and efficient. They had a large squad of guys working all day at the house. They treated the property with respect and always neatened up at the end of the day. The results were excellent. Unfortunately, my GC was consistently failing to meet his timelines, leaving me in the awkward position of having to tell Dimitri and the guys that some of the areas that were supposed to be ready for paint, weren't. They always accommodated this and have come back several times to touch up after work has been completed. They take pride in their work, and are quick to find and correct even the smallest mistake. I had Dimitri over recently to give me an estimate for exterior paint, and while he was there he saw several things in the interior that he wanted to correct, so he's coming over next week for another touch-up. I didn't even have to ask. I look forward to using Dimitri and his guys again for future projects and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for painting or masonry work.

Dimitri was very friendly, informative and straightforward. He and his crew arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up well. They even did a bit of extra repair on the front steps for free! Price seemed quite reasonable.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Dimitri came out to quote and I had the quote the next day (the price was a little higher than another quote), but the professionalism in the dicussion around the job was quite superior. They showed up at 7 am and all four guys worked hard till sunset. Quality of the work was excellent, there were no surprises. Overall the personality, honesty, knowledge and professionalism of Juan and Dimitri were about the best I have seen over any contractor I have used over forty some years.

Dimitri and his team were incredible! They painted 5 large rooms and re-pointed my fireplace which looks stunning. They were punctual, precise, and so polite. I found Dimitri to be extremely professional, reasonable priced, and honest. I was out of town when I hired the company to work on my projects. He was flexible to my needs and kept in contact with me as we scheduled the best start date. He responds to inquiries in a timely manner, privides detail price quotes, and delivered excellent work. They rebuilt my steps that were a mess. They are now very beautiful. And they repaired, plastered, and painted my ceiling. I am very pleased with the results of the repairs Demitri’s did for me.

Really great! No job is too big or too small for Dimitri. I had called another company that didn't even respond b/c I guess they felt my job was too small. What these other companies don't understand is that one small job could lead to several referrals. Dimitri came out within days of me calling and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very friendly and professional. Dimitri was out of the country on vacation when the work was actually being done, but he called his supervisor regularly to check-in and ask for updates on all the jobs. He even requested to see pics of my shed to see how nice it had come out. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work, professionalism or the attention to detail. Our three family needed the front staircase resupported. Finding time to meet with Dmitri was very easy and he was always courteous and professional. He originally quoted us for a larger remodel of stairs that our condo association was not prepared for so he worked with us to find a more affordable option within our budget. Stairs are now properly supported and we are very pleased with the end result. We would love to work with Dmitri and his team on future projects.

Working with Dimitri and his team was an excellent experience. We had a fair amount of peeling and rotting trip on the exterior of our house that needed repair and repainting, as well as three floors of hallway and stairwell and a bedroom to be painted inside. The inside painting involved lots of patching cracks and sanding, which they did a thorough job on. We also had them repair some holes and crumbling spots on the foundation outside and in the basement on the inside. They had a team of usually 4 people working for 4 straight days, and went above and beyond, fixing some things that weren't in the original estimate and still not charging more than quoted. They also threw in painting our bathroom with no extra charge. Dimitri was there every day to direct the team and checked in regularly about their progress and plans. His communication was excellent throughout, and the price was very fair. Overall, a wonderful experience to take care of work that would have taken us years to get around to in just a few days! We're planning to work with Dimitri again to tear out an old deck and put in stairs.

Dimitri and his crew did an excellent job at a great price. Communications were easy through Angie's List email. Dimitri responded quickly to my request for an estimate and scheduled the job shortly after I accepted his proposal. All work was done carefully and quickly - I was out of town and came home to see everything accomplished. Dimitri came back soon after to touch up and clean up each area once everything had set. Subsequent questions about additional touch ups and maintenance were answered and responded to right away. Everyone on his crew was friendly and helpful - special shout out to Juan! I will definitely call Dimitri when I have future masonry projects.

Dimitri went above and beyond to ensure the work was done on time and at the best price. He and his team did more extensive work than the contact stipulated because it was needed. He came back to the house to ensure all work was done and was responsive to calls and texts. I would call back Dimitri tomorrow if I needed more work done and would highly recommmend him to anyone needing similar work.

Dimitri and his crew helped me choose the best materials for my project based on what would look best, last longest and what was in my price range. They were punctual every day and finished exactly on time. The cleaned up everything even using a leaf blower to make sure nothing was left behind. I would definitely recommend them.
