I am very satisfied with the work Dimitri’s Painting & Masonry performed at my home. With ease, I will refer this company to Family & Friends. This is a local company that exceeds the bar. Good workmanship; fair pricing, too.

Dimitri and his team was fantastic. On the initial visit he understood exactly what I had in mind for the work and did not try to up-sell me on additional stuff that was not needed. This was great as a I had received a number of other quotes where they insisted on adding a ton of extra items to the work list. Dimitri did not do this and as such gave me a very reasonable quote. He was excellent at communication through out the prep for the work and his team works quickly and effectively to get the job done. His team fixed an ancient foundation, reprinted holes and loos mortar and replaced 2 broken and ugly basement windows with beautiful new ones with granite ledges. He rechecked the entire fieldstone foundation for structural integrity and repaired some areas that could become problematic in the future. He even checked in a few days later to make sure there were no issues, and he went point by point over the entire job to make sure nothing was missed. I could not have been happier with the work and I was pleased to learn that his company does other work as well as I imagine we may hire him for some painting and renovation work as well.

Dimitri and his team constructed 2 retention walls - one adjacent to my driveway and one at the rear of the property in the past. It was easy an easy decision to ask him back to quote out this basement project. He responded to my request for a quote within hours and we had an appointment in place for the same week. Dimitri and his team are a pleasure to work with and provide clear timelines and how things will progress. I was able to clean out my basement earlier than anticipated and Dimitri was able to fit me in 3 weeks early and completed the job within the 3 days he proposed. His team left the job site nearer than when they arrived. During the process he provided pictures and videos as updates as the day progressed. I’m excited to have a warmer and sealed basement in during the upcoming winter and I already have another project to be scheduled with him.

Dimitri and his crew were excellent to work with. Very professional and considerate. Did amazing work that has been complimented by neighbors. They were meticulous in cleaning up after each shift. We would be happy to recommend them to others and use them again for other work.

Excellent as usual. We have used Dimitri extensively in the past. He is our go to guy for masonry as well as interior and exterior painting. He is prompt, professional, knowledgable and hands on. He knows what needs to be done, and answers questions in detail. You know what you are getting into. In this covid-19 time, he is also sensitive to the number of people in the house and requires all his employees to be tested regularly. Something, unfortunately, we now need to consider. His staff is hard working, friendly and always leaves the place better than they found it. Thank you Dimitri!

It went really well. They did it very fast. They involved us in the decision making and advise us where necessary. The final product looks beautiful.

Dimitri and his men were great. We were scheduled a few weeks out and Dimitri communicated with us the entire time. Kept us informed of his target start date. Even ended up starting a couple days early which was great. Staining and painting they did looked great. They even spotted some wood on the deck that needed to be replaced and took care of it and replaced a screen door for us. Great guys to work to with and they did an excellent job.

The completed project exceeded my expectations. Our home looks absolutely beautiful. Our neighbors tell us how good it looks. Working with Dimitri and his crew was a pleasure. They were professional in every way. They were punctual and they left the site in perfect order at the end of each day. Their attention to detail was exceptional and is reflected in the finished project.

We love our walkway!! Dimitri and his team did an amazing job on the front walkway done with pavers and granite. We are so happy with the results and reasonably priced too!

Job went very well. From beginning to end Demitri and his team were responsive to my concerns and questions. A concrete base was formed around the bulkhead and masonry work was done on stone foundation. I am very pleased with the outcome of the work.

His price was right in the middle but he included a lot more work AND some really nice additional work beyond my original quote with no upcharge. His staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and NEAT! not a drop of debris remained. I hired Dimitri to help me permanently close up a basement window that has been letting in ground water during previous rain storms and flooding my finished basement. I just finished drying out my basement from a previous storm and could not take the risk of it repeating so I found Dimitri on Angie's List and asked for his help. The same day as my initial call, Dimitri was able to come to my house in Needham, ***** the situation and successfully complete the job! He removed the leaking window, inserted cinder blocks that were cut to fit the window opening and sealed both inside and outside with mortar. He understood the urgency of my situation as another storm was on the radar and was able to fit me into his busy and very packed schedule. Because of Dimitri, we have a DRY!! basement and the peace of mind that it will stay dry during the next storm! After the job was done he even followed up to confirm everything was OK! I cannot thank him enough for his assistance with this project!! I regret not calling him sooner!!

What a GREAT job Dimitri and his crew did! The cinderblock wall at the outdoor steps going down to my basement was cracked, crumbling, and pushing in towards the steps to the point where huge gaps were opening up and it looked like it wouldn't be long before it was completely collapsed. In a matter of a couple of hours, Dimitri and his team had restored the wall so that it was perfectly vertical again, replacing the blocks that were beyond repair and recementing the entire structure, including repositioning caps at the top of the steps. It looks 100% better!! Dimitri had even placed rebar in strategic spots within the wall to completely resist any pressure from the surrounding area. And when they were done, they cleaned up. Perfect! Thank you, Dimitri, Juan, and crew, for the excellent job! We will definitely call Dimitri FIRST, the next time we have ANY home repair jobs - masonry, painting, construction, etc. I would definitely recommend Dimitri's Painting for any and all home repair.

It went really well. Dimitri and his crew were punctual and did the work within the timeframe he gave me. There were a few minor glitches at the end, but one of his workers gladly fixed all of them.

We hired Dimitri to repair our front steps, which are brick. We previously had them repaired through our property management company and it was a botched job that fell apart in less than 2 years. Dimitri was quick in responding to our request for a quote, thoroughly answered all of our questions about what needed to be done, and made room in his packed schedule to complete the job in short order. On the day of the repair, his team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and they were very respectful of the property. The repair itself seems to be solid and we'd definitely hire Dimitri again for masonry work on the property! Of note, we did have a minor miscommunication regarding when payment was due (partially our fault because we should have asked for clarification when we hired him). The reason that I'm mentioning this is that Dimitri handled this very professionally, which was very much appreciated.

Dimitri and his team were responsive, efficient, clean, respectful of the space, and very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company just for that, but a bonus was that the pricing was very reasonable.

It went great. The paint job looks wonderful and I got multiple comments from the neighbors about how courteous and professional Dimitri and his crew were while they were working in close quarters. The new steps are straight and solid and look like they'll outlast the house.
