+ -1 moreLarry is fair-priced and extremely reliable and compentent. In my opinion, you would be foolish to use anyone else for the repair and maintenance of your oiler burner.
Description of Work: This is our first full winter since Larry has taken care of our boiler and what a positive difference! This summer Larry did some residual work on our boiler that was leftover from our more-crisis driven needs during the winter of 0910 and prepared it for the winter season. Every other year of the 15 I've been in this 7-unit condo building, the boiler went out several times during the winter season. So far, under Larry's care, this hasn't happened once. There is an amazing difference in the efficiency (seen by our oil usuage) and reliability of our system. We will not let anyone except for Larry touch our boiler from now on.

+ -1 moreJ. A. Phinney Plumbing and Heating (another A+ company) brought in Larry to do work on the oil burner that Jim was not licensed to do. Larry returns phone calls quickly, shows up when he says he will, is easy to work with and is reasonably priced. He has a wealth of knowledge about oil burners. He will be our "burner man" from now on.
Description of Work: Our 7-unit condominium needed work done on our oil burner. The burner had not been well-maintained. We needed the oil burner serviced and the venting mechanism replaced.
