BEST POOL SVC

Initial call went well. He answered the phone and we scheduled a time and he showed up and did what he was supposed to do. He pointed out a few leaks along my pipes to my filter and I asked how much it would be to fix those. He told me he would have to check on a part and get back to me. I also asked him about a new filter and a new cover. He told me he is in the area every thurs so he would get back to me. I have called four times since and left messages (nobody ever answers the phone) and nobody has ever called me back. I understand that this is the busy season but not returning four calls is bad service. He must be going pretty well considering he is willing to ignore over two grand worth of work. I would avoid this guy and find someone who actually answers he phone and can make a schedule.

They were prompt, professional, and had great customer service.

He was very professional, and came almost on time. He and another man quickly and efficiently did what needed to be done to close the pool

I received an advertising mailing and called them to open the pool. They were flexible with appointment times and arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. Jim, the owner, was good about answering any questions that I had and explaining the process. They removed and cleaned our cover, assembled the pump and any other parts, added the needed chemicals, cleaned the pool and got it up and running. I was swimming two days later. The process was equally as easy when they came back to close the pool. The only negatives I took from the experience were an extra charge for pumping the water off of our cover. I believe there was some miscommunication on that. I later discovered that I already own a pump and will take care of that myself in the future.
