Advanced Pipe Inspection, Inc

We were concerned about the sewer smell in our basement. We invited Advanced Pipe Inspection to look at our system. David used a video camera and discovered that our sewer is made of very old clay pipes, with tree roots making way inside the pipes. David suggested two options: a) to replace pipes and b) to re-line the pipes. For this particular project the price for pipe replacement was better, so we went with pipe replacement. The replacement took exactly as many hours as was expected, went very smoothly. There was almost no dust from jackhammers! The new concrete looks great, all debris was removed. The old pipes were, indeed, in a really bad shape, with bunch of tree roots leeching into the line. The price for this project was a total bargain! Come on, $3600 for jackhammering the basement and replacing 50ft of pipes with PVC?! The second quote we got was 3x this much. And the professionalism was top-notch. We are extremely happy that we've chosen Advanced Pipe Inspection.

He really knew what he was doing. It was expensive to do, but it was just well done. They were a local company that does quite a bit of work in municipalities. They knew the plumbing inspector and the minute they saw him on the job the inspector knew his work was good. He was professional and clean with a good presentation. He clearly had it all over everybody else. Nobody in my experience could come close to him. He would be my first call. I would use him in the future.
