Glenn was awesome, very friendly very through in his inspection any questions I had he would stop to answer. I would definitely recommend him and the best of all the price for hiring him was great.

We hired Vector to give us a home inspection on a home we were purchasing. We had Glenn as our home inspector. He was wonderful! So incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and literally explained EVERYTHING as he went. He did not mind that we were sort of following him around and trying to observe conditions ourselves. He actually welcomed the curiosity and need to know more about what was going on. He was very honest and clear about what next steps were, etc. I would not only recommend Vector to anyone needing a home inspection, but I would go further to recommend Glenn specifically. You won't be sorry! Also, priced very reasonably well compared to the competition.

My last home inspector was not great. Very vague about everything. Glenn came on right in time ready to go. He’s friendly and easy to talk to. He walked my wife and I throughout the whole house pointing out issues and explaining why it happened. He’s very knowledgeable and answered all our questions concerning the problems he found. His report was full of details with pictures which was very helpful. He also did our radon testing and found high levels which we were glad to get done! I would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a house inspection.

This was by far the best home inspection I have ever had. Inspection was incredibly thorough. The final report was superb. Glenn is just the nicest person. Finally we were encouraged to call him at any time should we need any more advice & help. You very seldom meet such a nice, friendly & helpful person. I would recommend Vector Home Inspections to anyone looking to hire an inspector. Glenn was punctual and knowlageable. Glenn was patient with us and walked us through the property from top to bottom. Glenn pointed out several key issues with the house we purchased and as a result we used all of the valuable information we gathered to substantially drop the asking price. We initially started with an exterior walk around were he noticed our chininey was leaning away from the house. He then noticed holes on the cedar shingles and explained to us that they were the result of a Wood Pecker. At the front door Glenn checked for wood rot and found Carpenter Ant damage. Inside checked all of the windows, door locks, electrical light switches and outlets, water pressure and drainage pipes. Glenn found several tiles from the bathroom were loose and needed to be replaced. In the basement, he noticed that the emergency shut off switch was improperly marked. He also noticed that the hand rail leading down into the basement was not up to code. It was evidente that the basement was damp and Glenn pointed out the possible causes to the dampness. I knew that the lally colums were in rough shape and needed to be replaced, Glenn reassured me that the colums were not rusted but it did need to be replaced. He then took a look at the electrical pannel and would not inspect it, he then explained that the electrical panel I had was the leading cause of many home fires. He then advised me to have the pannel replaces as soon as possible. He then noticed that the projects started to mount up and noticed my girlfriend was started to get worried about the house, at that point Glenn gave us the option to end the home inspection and charges us just a cancellation fee or continue on with the inspection. At that point Glenn reassured us that everything that was wrong with the house was fixable and that the house had good bones. We diced to contue on and then he asked us if we wanted to get the radon test done on the property for an additional fee. He explained to us that it wasnt necessary unless we planned on finishing up the basement he also told us he could come by anytime to perform the test if we did decide to buy the property. Glenn was extremely helpfull and I would recomment him to anyone looking to hire a home inspector.
