 + -1 moreTILE BY DESIGN INC didn't do anything beyond showing us in their showroom what was available. They were nice and they were helpful. They were just very helpful. They were responsive. We picked it up ourself because we could, we had a truck. So we didn't have to worry about that stuff. But they had it all ready. So they were good. I would use them again. They were nice people. They were good.

 + -1 moreI was impressed with their selection of tiles and their knowledge about all the tiles, how to work with them and how to care for them. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they were willing to answer all of my questions.
Description of Work: I purchased limestone subway tiles for the backsplash in my kitchen. They had some in stock and had to order the rest. They were very helpful and patient in my selection of the tiles and provided all the detils needed for sealing them.

He helped us select tile based on our budget and offered suggestions on styles. He drew up a sketch to provide a visual. We left his store feeling good on our selection and excited to see it all come together.

 + -1 moreWe were given a list of contractors to do the tile work and we chose someone from that list. He was very professional and a date was chosen according to the expected tile arrival. We are currently waiting for the tile and expect the work to be done within the month.
Description of Work: My husband and I made an appointment with Chuck at Tile By Design for help in designing back splash tile for our kitchen. I had read on their website to bring in anything that might help them have an idea of our style, color choices, etc. We brought in one of our dishes and a small braided rug which showed all the colors that we love and have throughout our home. I was glad that we did because it gave Chuck a sense of what we liked and he proceeded to show us a few options. When he asked us what we had in mind I told him I was a little overwhelmed with the choices we had seen everywhere else and we really needed help in designing something. Within minutes Chuck had tuned in to our likes and dislikes and came up with a few choices. He helped us pick out a beautiful tiled mural with a design that was perfect with my dishes and the colors I like. He worked with us to find pretty 1" crushed glass tiles to frame it and also showed us how the l" glass tiles could be used as inserts in the rest of our backsplash. I am extremely happy with our decision to go to Tile By Design and very happy with Chuck's help in designing our backsplash. He was very intuitive and professional. I would highly recommend Tile By Design to anyone looking for the perfect tile and design help. Their showroom is beautiful and their prices affordable. I would advise making an appointment. We did go in to look one day and realized they were quite busy with clients. We later phoned and asked for an appointment realizing time is needed to be shown products and work out designs.
