+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and were very professional. Parker had a major advantage over other bidding services in that they use a bucket truck to reach the rood. Our roof is about 40' up at the peak. The work was performed in one day with complete clean up.The guys were professional with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the company.

+ -1 moreA VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. HE DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS, IGNORING ME COMPLETELY, NEVER DID COMPLETE THE JOB.
Description of Work: MY FIREPLACE LEAKED, HE SAID CHIMNEY NEEDED WATERPROOFING. I PAID HIM $800, LEAKING CONTINUED. I KEPT CALLING HIS OFFICE, AND LEAVING MESSAGES. HE DIDN'T RETURN CALLS. FINALLY 3 MONTHS LATER HE SENT MEN TO POINT SOME BRICKS TO SOLVE PROBLEM. STILL HAD A LEAKING FIREPLACE. I CALLED AGAIN, EXPRESSING MY FRUSTRATION. HIS ANSWER, "THAT'S ALL I CAN DO." AFTER I FILED A SMALL CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT, HE FINALLY CALLED ME, AND ASKED TO SETTLE OUT OF COURT. WE DID. HE NEVER DID REPLACE THE CHIMNEY CAP THAT HE HAD TAKEN OFF. HE SIMPLY HAD TRIED TO WALK AWAY WITH MY $800.
