+ -1 moreThe surveyors spent some quality time going over the property, taking measurements. Marking the boundaries, and quite frankly I felt as though they didn't miss anything , by that I mean marking, already found, described every fence, tree etc in the yard. I felt as though the job was well done by knowledgeable professional surveyors.
Description of Work: The owner Vernon LeBlanc and his team performed a topographical survey, as well as a land survey. I found that the end product, a reflection of their talent was superb. The survey was emailed to me within two days, the hard copy that was submitted to the registry of deeds, was sent to me within a week. I needed a specific date for the survey which was accomodated, I also gave them plenty of notice as well.

+ -1 moreLeblanc promptly returned call and indicated they could complete survey in a week. This was great news as we want to put up a fence and another company quoted three to four weeks. The survey was completed and Vern first emailed me a plot plan to make sure I understood everything. He was very patient and informative in answering my questions. Received the official plot plan in the mail today and am very satisfied with the experience.

+ -1 moreIt is my practice to have my property surveyed soon after I buy it to know exactly where everything is, what is mine (i.e. stone wall) and what is not (i.e. a neighbor's shed on my land). I called, Vern and Paul surveyed the lot and I had a plan in hand in very short order. I had used them once before for another house I owned and was very pleased with their work. I had both the plans created by LeBlanc Survey for my past two houses recorded at the Registry of Deeds. I recommend them to friends of mine and will use them again soon.
Description of Work: LeBlanc Survey surveyed my newly purchased house lot and provided a paper copy of the plan with all the features of my property on it including the house, significant trees, fences, the driveway and walkways, and of course the footprint of the house.
