Really enjoyed meeting Henry but I never got the estimate he said he'd emailed me. I would consider him, however, if I got the estimate.

Henry showed up early to a starting morning meeting and did a fantastic job. My combi hot water heater had stopped working, and he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue while working with an off-site technician to track down an ultimate eletrical issue. He was also able to provide a temporary fix to get our hot water working while we wait for a part. He was honest, friendly, professional, and didn't try to upsell us on an expensive replacement. Would gladly use his services again!

I was skeptical at first. I have had bad experiences with other contractors. Henry was very professional and explained everything so that I could understand. Henry had a few challenges with putting the system in.Henry stayed here late the first day to make sure that the ac was up and running because I have health issues. Henry always reassured me not to worry. I recommend him highly.
