+ -1 moreWe interviewed a handful of contractors and were extremely happy with our decision to hire Joly Builders for our mudroom addition. Mark and his team were extremely professional with top craftsmanship evident throughout the project and with the final deliverable. As with any significant project, we had some change requests and more than a few questions for Mark throughout the project. In each case, he was very responsive and flexible. We will not hesitate recommending Joly Builders to friends and family, nor will we hesitate hiring them for another project.

Description of Work: I had to replace 4 basement windows that had been the entrance for rats into my house. I had called numerous contractors and was sick of making appointments and having noone show up or return calls. Finally in exasperation, I called on an architect in Marblehead for her advice. She suggested Mark Joly. His estimate was the highest and when I told him that it was alot for me, he adjusted the price to be competive with the others. Also the job reguired him to relocate my dryer vent which he did at no additional cost. He even came on a Saturday so I would be home. I am so glad I listened to Veronica Hobson[ the architect] as finally I met someone that is HONEST. fabulous work and was patient and helpful.
