I found Joe difficult to work with. There was repeated scheduling delays. He wanted to be paid in advance of work being completed.

Bad water damage in a finished basement ruined parts of a wool wall to wall carpet. Joe did an amazing repair including mold problems, looks like new. Definitely recommend him.

Outstanding - Told me all risks up front for repair. He called the Manufacturer to get history of product and technical advise , as the adhesive for this product was discontinued.
