Description of Work: Had foyer floor removed and new flooring laid. Process was complicated by multiple layers of flooring that needed to be removed and coordination with new door installation. Team was flexible in scheduling. Did an excellent job both on the demolition and the new floor. Finish was perfectly matched to the stair treads.

+ -1 moreThe finish has sawdust and irregularities in it. The finish is not smooth , but slightly rough, with product raised above cracks in floor. Finish is spilled on floor outside room . Provider has not returned phone calls.
Description of Work: Atlantic sanded and refinished two oak floors in two rooms with Bona Kemi ( supposedly) Traffic finish.
