Vince serviced two appliances for us. We scheduled reinstallation of a dishwasher that had not been installed properly when the house was built. It was complicated due to the construction of the cabinetry. He came up with a very satisfactory solution. We had difficulty finding someone to do a reinstallation since the dishwasher was not purchased locally by the builder. We were told by several service companies that they only service ones bought from them. While Vince was here we mentioned that we purchased a new rubber gasket for our freezer but needed help replacing the old one. Instead of asking us to schedule another appointment, he did the work while he was here. ASAP’s pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent.

This company showed up half an hour early without a phone call. I believe the point of choosing a time that works for me from the listed options is that they abide to that time. Then there was minimal work involved and I was charged $85 for the service call plus $25 of labor. When I inquired about the $85 service call (instead of the $75 advertised), he said, "HomeAdvisor is wrong" and "That's crazy". Then, after some arguing, he proceeded to give me a "discount" on the service call. He said that the temporary fix on my microwave might not last, and it fact, it didn't. He said to call them back if it happened, but I don't think I will.
