Everything was good. Was a little late in arriving but not a big deal. Was very professional. Took care to protect surrounding appliances and cabinets. Was a tricky removal of old microwave but he figured it out. Everything looks great and he cleaned everything when done.

Vince was right on time and had the part that was needed with him. The job took just under an hour. I highly recommend him.

Vince assured me he could come out to assess the problem that afternoon and true to his word, Vince was there. He very professionally and quickly assessed the problem, and explained everything he was doing along the way. Within a short time the repairs were made and my appliance was up and running. In the future, ASAP Appliance will be the first company I call and I will confidently recommend them to family and friends.

We were very happy with Vince's service and his perseverance.. He diagnosed the problem, but it turned out there was more to it than he thought. He came back and spent another 2+ hours on it, and charged us nothing for the return trip. Our fridge works perfectly now. I'd recommend Vnce any time, and am going to hire him to fix our dishwasher door next.
