I was very impressed with the service! They are extremely polite and helpful! They were going to be a little late and called me. I thought that was awesome. I really appreciated them letting me know. I would hire them again. My only negative was I thought they were a little expensive .

Vince was so fast, he told me I didn't need to buy and install a whole new microwave, he just fixed the broken part. The price was reasonable. He came within 2 days and finished the work in less than a half hour! Highly recommend him.

I hired ASAP Appliance repair for a dishwasher installation. Vince called me right away and gave me a price for the job. He came out an hour after the company delivered the dishwasher and had everything installed and the old dishwasher hauled away within an hour of his arrival. He even gave us a demo on how to use the new dishwasher as well as tips regarding warranty and extending the life of the dishwasher. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience! I called home advisor and received a call back right away from Vince. He showed up early, quickly repaired the appliance and he cleaned the area.

Vince came out today and serviced my Samsung dishwasher. He was wonderful. He accommodated my busy schedule and the price was very reasonable. ASAP Appliance is where I'll call next time for sure.

i made an appointment online and got a call early the next day to confirm a time. vince showed up early and got to work right away. he diagnosed the problem quickly and set to work fixing the issue which didnt need any parts just an o ring that was bad so some caulk solved the issue. vince was very thorough and explained everything. he is courteous and polite and makes sure the work area is clean after he is finished. vince comes across as an honest, affable guy and i would have no problem hiring him again.i feel that i was charged a little more than i was expecting but ASAP showed up (which is more than the other company did and then lied about it) and the dishwasher is fixed so i am pleased overall.

I left an E Mail Sunday night because my Refrigerator wasn't working , I got a call first thing Monday Morning told them my problem and they were at my house within the hour. Vince the technician was excellent knew his business ,was very thorough clean and all around a nice experience plus the price was perfect, he is my new man to go to with all repair issues in the future. With this company you can't go wrong.

My refrigerator went out New Years weekend. I was apprehensive using the Internet but once Vincent, a young Gent from ASAP APPLIANCE ,, DANVERS, MA came I knew I had made the right choice. He treated everything as though it were his Grandfathers. He had the lowest problem shooting fee of $75 which went to the repair fee. He solved the problem without a hitch in 15 - 20 min. .. being a Sunday and unable to get the exact part until Monday morning he called early was here completing the job in an hour. Clean & a great price. I will use Home Advisor and ASAP APPLIANCE again. Fantastic experience.
