I hired Vince to fix my elderly parents' washing machine. Vince called me to let me know he was in the area and was able to arrive early. Not only did he help my parents resolve their washer problems, he gave them a reduced fee. My father said Vince was professional, courteous and friendly and explained everything to them in a way they could understand. I will definitely hire Vince for any future appliance repairs we may need.

Vinny was the tech I dealt with and he showed up on time and he was very professional and very knowledgeable, Vinny did what he could and explained everything and unfortunately after the initial repair on Monday he came back out today because the repair did not work, it was determined with Vinny that the refrigerator needed replacing as it would not be cost effective for further repair on such an older unit.

Repair Man Vince came out to look at my dryer which was not working. Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. Unfortunately dryer was 25 yrs old and not worth fixing. Bought a new washer and dryer and he came out and installed it for me. Vince is very knowledgeable and a very pleasant man. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again if needed. Excellent service.

ASAP replied immediately to our request. Our clothes dryer was no longer starting. Vince from ASAP was at our home the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem, a dead motor. Although it was the worst thing that could have happened we had ASAP service the dryer. The assessment given was the final price and the service was prompt. Vince was a pleasure to work with. The toughest part of our washer problem was diagnosis - Vince methodically eliminated possible causes until he found the source of the leak. It took the new hose a while to arrive, but that wasn't his fault. Will definitely recommend Vince to neighbors and would hire him again in a heartbeat.
