Capizzi charges 500.00 for estimates involving crude computer generated drawings. After hearing your budget, if its too low, they proceed and attempt a bait and switch. If you insist on your budget they simply stop returning phone calls. They assume the customer can be convinced/embarrassed into over-spending. I'm not alone in this opinion. BEWARE.

Very professional and easy to deal with. The final price was over the original estimate, but only because a tree and bushes needed to be removed and they were unable to determine the extent of the rot under the shingles in advance. It was still within the ball park. I am very pleased and will be considering them again for upcoming projects. I am really very happy with the Service Magic website also. Reassuring not to be hiring an unknown.
