 + -1 moreI had a hard time finding structural engineers that did residential job like this. Mike was referred to me by a larger engineering company. It worked well. He provided us with what we needed on time and at a price that was in line with any kind of professional consult.
Description of Work: He did a assessment of a retaining wall a house we wanted to sell. This included the structural integrity, replacement cost, and what would happen if we let it go. He then wrote a letter outlining all this information so the potential buyer knew what he was getting into.
