They showed up on time to measure the windows, and I was told the blinds would be ready in 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later I call and they can't find my order anywhere. I faxed them my copy of the receipt they gave me and they told me they would rush it, give me a discount, and call me in a week. 1.5 weeks later, I call them and they said they were planning on calling me that day (but you never know). They did install them on the date promised, but the discount was only $25, I think I should have gotten more given that it took 2 months, instead of 2 weeks, for them to be installed.

Interior decorator choose these folks to instal a window treatment on 3 large windows in a master bed room. Installed the window treatments as part of the renovation in 2006. Since then they have basically not supported the product and the installation. On 2 other occasions it has taken literally months to get them to get a repair person to come and fix either dead batteries or motors than have broken on one of the windows. As a result, in the last 2 years I have almost continuously had one of the windows not working. The latest unsatisfactory interaction with , John, the owner was a phone call in May. He said he would look into getting a repair person out to help and I never heard back from him. Then 2 weeks ago I called again and left a message with a woman in his store. She said he would call back in either the next day or the day after.... and once again he has not called back. Very very frustrating to see a merchant sell goods that he is unable to support, and then punt on even trying to help resolve the issue. I would never recommend working with this company... truly appalling customer service
Description of Work: purchased and installation of a motor driven window treatment ... in 2006. repaired motor or replaced batteries in 2007/2008 after many phone calls... now not responding to 2 phone calls in the last 2 months re the need to repair the motors again

These were very nice people to deal with. I think they sold me a good product at a fair price. They also did a very nice job installing the new shades. I am really enjoying them. They special ordered the shades and they arrived fairly quickly, and they were also very prompt getting them installed.
Description of Work: I purchased all new cellular shades from my home from this company. They took care of measuring and installing them. I believe it was for 12-15 windows.
