+ -1 moreI worked with Carol to select and install Nature's Carpet 100% organic wool carpet in a condo I own in Boston. She showed me samples and told me about special offers on certain carpet styles. Carol was professional and easy to collaborate with. She went out of her way to arrange for installation during my requested, specific timeframe. The carpet looks and feels fabulous! Best of all, the indoor air quality is intact since there are absolutely no chemical smells associated with it. It's important to me to support businesses that care about their customers' and workers' health and deliver a high quality product. I'm extremely happy with the carpet and with The Natural Home. There are even a couple of small remnants left over that are safe for my little niece to play on when she comes to visit over the holidays.
