Elden Home Inspection

I highly recommend Dave! Buying a home is one of the most important (and stressful) life choices a person can make. Dave spent over 4 hours doing a thorough inspection on a home we are buying. He answered all of our questions, and was thoughtful in pointing out what the issues were as well as small things that we should be aware of over time. His report was excellent and we were able to use it to negotiate the sale price of our home.

Dave did an awesome job. He scheduled the inspection within hours of our email, and arrived on time the day of the inspection. He is an expert on home inspection. Though it’s a new construction, he inspected it very thoroughly and carefully, explained the processes in terms we could understand, and noticed a couple of important issues that we didn’t notice/know. The whole inspection took about 2 hours (~1300 sqft). We received the electronic inspection report on the same day, which was incredibly thorough and clear with great pictures. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional and complete home inspection. You would never regret!

For the second house where we had an offer accepted we had to waive the inspection as a condition of the offer, but we still brought him in to do a walkthrough, just for our own benefit. He didn't skimp on the walkthrough at all, including standing outside in pouring rain with my husband to examine gutters and downspouts, and meticulously going over every inch of our home. We felt so much better about our purchase after having his well-trained eye examine every pipe, outlet, wall, you name it. We'd recommend him without hesitation.
