When your computer dies, it's usually traumatic because you haven't backed files up and you're always facing a deadline. The guys here are used to panicked owners and do their best to get your poor computer up and running again quickly. If they can't, they can usually transfer your files temporarily to one of their drives, so you can restore your files to your new machine. This has been a lifesaver for me.

I brought in my computer and within five days they called me with an update. They suggested that I have them install Norton Antivirus. They did not pressure me with this option. The computer seems to be back to normal now. They were quite professional, and did not try to prey on my fears of losing data, etc. Highly recommended!!
Description of Work: My Dell laptop was virtually non-functional due to the presence of viruses and spyware. DCS cleaned up the hard drive and suggested that I have them install Norton Antivirus.

I wish they would have come to the house to do this but I had to take my computer to them. They were able to remove the virus and restore some of my file that was damaged due to the virus. Other than that, I am happy with them.
Description of Work: I had a virus on my computer and they sold me Norton Antivirus and installed it for me.

THE PEOPLE WERE PLEASANT AND HONEST. THEY DIDN'T END UP FIXING MY COMPUTER RIGHT, BUT THEY DID GIVE ME SOME MONEY BACK FOR THIS PROBLEM.
