+ 0 moreHave always been very pleased with his work on our shoes and boots. This time took him a vintage leather jacket with a ragged shoulder tear. He did an absolutely remarkable patch job, making it look as if it was part of the jacket design. True craftsmanship!

+ -1 moreThe she repair job was fine (but not outstanding). I picked up the item a week after the ready date but the item was not ready when I got there. I ended up waiting for the boots to be finished. The shop is very cluttered - It would be much nicer if the shop was picked up a little.
Description of Work: I had the small boot heel resoled.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job. I think price-wise they are pretty much standard with most of the shoe repairs, because shoe repair is not a common thing. The shoes are always ready when we need them when they say they are going to be. With regard to responsiveness, he knows his stuff.
Description of Work: I use Concord Shoe Repair for shoe repair. The last time I used them, I had a couple of things done. I had some heels and resoling done.
