After a very frustrating phone conversation with another Angie's List plumber who had installed a kitchen faucet in our house last year, Mr. Beaudoin very patiently talked me through a few things to try to pinpoint the cause of the knocking sound in our faucet. He very nice and said he didn't want us to spend extra money to have him come out when we could do the initial investigative leg work. We have ordered the necessary part and will definitely call him for the installation when it arrives.

Great! He comes when he says he will and does first rate work. We have now used him three times and each experience has been the same: painless, punctual, and the job gets done right.

I thought he was expensive, but his rate is the same as what other plumbers charges. He's very responsive, and he's a professional plumber; his father is also a plumber and then turned over the business to him.

I called the office to schedule and although the phone was not answered, I did get a call back in about a day which was fine. The work was scheduled and performed within a few weeks and the price was reasonable. It's been six years since they did the work and we've had no problems.

I got an estimate from Papalia (papaliaplumbing.com) which seemed to mean they wanted to rip out a lot of piping, for about $800. I called Beaudouin Bros. They fixed the problem promptly and for a good price.

I had sprung a leak from a sill cock on the perimeter of my home. One of the Baudoin's arrived that day, cut off the old sill cock and soldered a new one in place. The work was done quickly and flawlessly. Further, he explained what he was doing as he went along so that I could do the work myself in the future. Actually soldering copper is something I don't have the nerve to try.
