Acton-Concord Septic

I called with a backup into the house. I am a previous customer. Although they state they can perform emergency service they did not offer to come by. A customer lost is hard to replace and a customer inclined to relate the experience not good for business either. Called another firm that is coming over.

Good experience. The man showed up as scheduled and was courteous and professional. As this was the first time pumping the septic since we bought our house, he explained several points about our particular system and provided some helpful tips on maintaining it in good working order. All displaced soil and sod were replaced neatly.

We have been using Acton-Concord Septic since we purchased our home in 1988. The house was built in 1977. They have always provided prompt, efficient service. When I called to make the appointment for what I expected to be routine service, I was provided current charges plus requirement for additional Town disposal fee. Service was scheduled for the following week. John, arrived on time, uncovered the lid ( less than 6 " down ) and did the pump out. When he was finished, he informed us that the tank was in good condition but leaching fields had reached the end of their useful life as there was significant back pressure and some back flow although we had no hint of problem in the house. He provided us with contact info for a local engineering service he works with for information on system design and replacement. Payment was made at time of service and included a $40 discount.
