+ 0 moreThe interview with Scott Reade went well, he was kind, polite and was impressed by his professionalism. He said it would be no problem to find seasoned wood, Douglas Fur to repair the area of the floor that needed reinforcement. We hired him and was shocked by how rude he was to us, we were told by him when we could ask questions and not to disturb him. His sander left circular marks on our hard wood and he bought 15 new Douglas Fur board to fix the area that needed reinforcement. No where in the contract stated that we had to buy our Mini wax stain, and no where in the contract did it state that he would not match the color. I had to spend hours trying to blend with the help of True Value and their team. I had stain splattered on my walls. To finalize my experience he put down Satin Poly instead of Semi in one of the rooms and had to come back. I would never refer him to anyone due to his bad work, old equipment that created circular marks in the wood. In the end he tried to attached an additional charge of 100.00 to come back to put the Semi down on the living room floor and 70.00 for nail setting.
Description of Work: Refinishing hard wood floors, staining, fixing an area of wood damaged and polyurethane the living room, dining room and the stairs.
