Horrible. My boyfriend who’s a plumber had to come and fix almost everything after they had jus put in a new water heater only a year ago. No pipes were tightened and some were just placed on randomly and jus clamped so horribly. Never having them work in my house again.

O stars! Thumbs down! This evening I called Whitney’s emergency line because when picked up my elderly folks (Ridgefield - Clinton), my mom mentioned she noticed water on her furnace room floor. She had cleaned it up and shut of her central air. When I got a call back from the gentleman on call he scolded me for leaving and said “I have been answering calls all day! This does not warrant a call to the emergency line” So I politely told him that I would call another oil company Ridgefield recommended using Whitney for heating/ac services. I DO NOT recommend using them! This gentleman on call was clearly bothered that I called. I will use Juniper Farms in Hudson. We have used them for over 20 years and they are always happy to help when needed. Saturday 7/20/19 5:30 pm

They were very responsive and they were very quick to come and help out like two days before we went on vacation. I did call around to a few other places and they were the most competitive.

Barry Whitney and his crew have been very attentive to our maintenance needs. I started using the company 4 years ago for home heating oil delivery - which has been their bread and butter for decades. Whitney Bros have expanded the business substantially and are great overall HVAC techs. I manage hundreds of residential apartments and condominiums and use them for all of our service needs...a/c, gas heating and now even general plumbing. We often call for same and next day service and they are able to accommodate us most of the time. Honest, reliable, fair...what else can you ask for?
