+ -1 moreRick was a true professional, punctual, reliable, accessible, and did a great job! The floors are really old, and there was some water damage in the foyer, but he got rid of it all. I love coming home to these floors.
Description of Work: Rick refinished the hardwood floors in my living room, dining room, and office.

Description of Work: We hired Rick to refinish our first floor hardwoods, stairs and also to pull up carpet and install wood in the family room. Great guy and he does excellent work. He pays attention to the little details. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His pricing was right where we expected it to be. He was very patient with us (and our pets) being home throughout the job. We did leave for the staining/sealing part. Great experience from the estimate visit to the last day of the job. The floors look amazing. We have already booked him to replace carpet and refinish the second floor as well.

+ -1 moreTHEY CHARGED APPROX $3.50 PER SQUARE FOOT. THEY PUT 4 COATS ON THE HARDWOOD AND 3 ON THE SOFTWOOD. MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT HE LEFT A COUPLE WAVE SANDING MARKS IN THE FLOOR. HE TOOK OFFENCE TO MY POINTING IT OUT.
Description of Work: THEY REFINISHED TWO FLOORS; ONE WAS SOFTWOOD AND THE OTHER HARDWOOD.
