She took many of my phone calls and was very knowledgeable and only too happy to patiently address my questions. They do what they say they are going to do, they always turn up on time and are very responsive. In addition through no fault of Northbridge Glass the door hardware that I initially chose did not match other fixtures in the bathroom. Northbridge Glass were very helpful and accommodative in sourcing hardware that did match. It is how a contractor handles the situation when they have to go above and beyond the just getting in and getting out that marks the professionals from the rest. I would have no hesitation in hiring Northbridge Glass again and referring them to others.

Barry and his installation crew were wonderful to deal with - we had a tight schedule which they were able to meet and they were true professionals all the way. The installation crew explained what they were going to do, asked for our input on placement and quickly got to work. We'll definitely recommend them.

Barry was amazing. He was very prompt each time he came to our house. He gave me estimates for two bathrooms, explained all the options to me, and drew up the glass enclosures. He was very thorough and really took the time to answer all my questions. The installation went smoothly. Barry and another man who works with him even took their shoes off every time they came back into the house while installing the glass shower enclosure. They were very professional and respectful. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I would absolutely use this company again in the future.
