Description of Work: Marta and her team went beyond the traditional staging needs including project managing various home improvement providers like painters, handymen a hardware floor resurfacing company, etc. They even had carpet tiles put in the basement from the finishes to paint colors to coordinate furniture, International Staging did it all

 + -1 moreI was very happy with the house. They worked within my parameters very well. I would definitely recommend them. They had to shop for a few items that they did not have. They wanted us to replace a few lights and they made great recommendations that were budget friendly. We were very happy with the paint work that was done. We were happy with the subcontractor and the color choices.
Description of Work: They came in to my home and they rearranged my existing furniture. They took away pieces and they added pieces from their collection. They added decorative pieces and furniture. They added towels and rugs. They went through every single room and they decorated the dining room table. They added paintings and this was in an eleven room home. They reorganized a bookcase that I had as well and they took away books and they set it up to be very neat and organized. They made the bookcase artistic instead of just functioning as a bookcase. They decluttered the entire home. They recommended different color choices of paint in rooms and they were able to hire people to do the work very quickly.

 + -1 moreThe service turned out great. My house sold immediately to the first person that walked through. When they stage homes they sell quickly and they have a good track history of speeding up the sale of homes.
Description of Work: They identified what furniture we needed to remove for marketing and they came in and staged my home for a home sale. They identified cosmetic things that needed to be fixed prior to my home sale.
