They came out and applied fertilizer and weed killer. They're prompt and do great work. I would highly recommend them.

I've been using TruGreen for years. They were very, very heavy handed year about wanting to just sell additional services and more things to us. They kept calling up us about how bad a season about certain bugs and that we need all these things for hundreds of dollars more on top of the contractor price for the lawn maintenance. We'd say no but they still kept on calling which wouldn't be so bad if the work they did were satisfactory. But the work was never satisfactory. The grass always looked like it didn't have anybody taking care of it. It was burnt looking and there are spots with no grass and dirt where there should be grass. It was just awful. They were using horrible chemical that killed the trees. Two years ago, they charged for seeding to add more grass. They came on a very windy day and the seeds just blew away. Some of it got there but it didn't look like anything was done. I called them to take care of it but they said I'd have to pay for it again. Eventually, one of their guys came and looked at our lawn. He was surprised that his company would provide that kind of service, that it was a horrendous, terrible job. So he told me that they will do the seeding for us for free. No one came so I called them again but they told me that I would not be having a free seeding, their manager wouldn't say such a thing. Turns out that their manager was new and some of them didn't know him. They refused to do it and kept putting it off. They refused to let me speak with anybody. Nothing was done until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I was irate because of the way they were treating me like an imbecile and not over the fact they they didn't do it. It was obvious that they had no intention on doing this job. When they finally came, which was fall season, there were leaves all over the place. They insisted on putting the grass seeds so they put seeds on top of a yard full of leaves. The way they treated was just inexcusable. Our concerns don't matter to them. They lie continuously about what's gonna be done and have no intention of doing it. It was just awful. So I told them that we are not doing business with them anymore and I terminated our contract with them. The price wasn't bad, it was comparable with others. For punctuality of the customer service, I grade them an F. When the workers came out to do the work, they came on time.
