 + -1 moreTom and his crew did a great job and were very professional and friendly. I had a lot of boxes and loose items in a big storage unit to be moved two hours away to another storage unit and apartment. They were on time and worked steadily and efficiently under his direction. Precious items were carefully secured and packed. I highly recommend them for basic moves in the western Mass. area or beyond

 + 0 moreThey did a good job but it took them three days to complete the job and they were complaining about the heat and taking half days. He was extremely rude to deal with and even called me an M***** F-er. They were extremely unprofessional and offered very bad service. I also think they expected me to provide them with refreshments while they were completing the job.
Description of Work: My mother passed away and they came in a stripped the place clean.
