Job was done as expected. The only problem was there was a pocket door that started rubbing against the wall near where the door was put in, so I put in effort to trim the edging so it would open and close again smoothly. The crew was very professional and got the job done quickly. This is the second time I have used them and they do a good job and the guys are very nice. We were thrilled with their work! They sided our house and built a small deck for us. Their staff were extremely skilled and efficient, very polite, prompt and they even cleaned up round the yard every day before they left. We were probably "high maintenance" customers too, since we kept changing our mind and plans about different things, and they just nicely accommodated us. Most importantly, we saw the work they did- and it was top quality every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a smoother project. I had gotten quotes from them in the past, but not used them do to their price. (it was always a little higher). BUT, we had problems with those projects in which we didn't use them. We had NO problems with this project. I'd definitely hire them again!

This was a great company to work with. We asked for a quote from two sources. My neighbor had used Phil Beaulieu in the past and ultimately that is why we went with this company. However, during the quoting process, they were very responsive. We signed a contract and we're told that sometime in the next 6 weeks we would be scheduled (it was busy roofing season). Two weeks before Thanksgiving, 2008, Ken visited the house, and talked to my wife. He told her that they would be there the week before Thanksgiving. We were hosting Thanksgiving and my son's first birthday on the Friday after. I called them up and spoke directly with Ken about moving. He was very nice and said that he'd already planned on moving it to the week after. He said my wife "went white" when he talked to her. We were told we might have to store the material at our house. The Monday after Thanksgiving, they went to work. A dumpster arrived at 7:30, and they got to work. It was Ken and a crew of 3-4. They worked for the whole week. I was amazed that they got finished in five days.

Actually went quite well, once they got back to me. They were slow to respond to several phone calls about details of their bid, and their price isn't the cheapest. Initially they tried to sell me more than I originally asked for, but I guess I can't fault them for trying to sell a bigger job. Once I signed the contract I didn't hear from them, and I contacted them to ask when they'd start. Instead of getting back to me, they called a week later and said they'd begin the job the next day - and they did! They showed up and their crew was extremely professional. They did a very good job, and every night my yard was cleaned up and all their equipment put away. Very personable people came and the job went JUST AS I EXPECTED. There were no "hidden" things found, no haggling over "was that included or not". They did what I wanted, when I wanted and with great quality. Their price was about 15% higher than others, but in the end I had no hassles, and I'm thrilled with the job.
