Description of Work: They checked a back porch light that seemed to be shorting out. As it turned out, I bought a bad batch of light bulbs!! Therefore, no real work was done. Also, they replaced a sensor for a spot light to turn on with motion sensitivity.

Pelland Electric was a subcontracting with our contractor. for work being done on our home. They were great to work with. They were very accommodating to what we requested as far as using the current light fixtures and/or updating. The work was done within the time frame allotted, they were very professional. They cleaned up each day before leaving. We highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Pelland Electric was the electrical portion of the roof restructure. They provided the electricals to be capped, moved, re-strung, new boxes and new electric lines.

He is very good. I knew his father first and when the father retired his son took over. His father did the electrical work when we put the addition onto the house. Over the years he has put in hard wire smoke detectors, he has done all the wiring in my office area and my ceiling fans too. I have electric water heaters and they tend to burn out so he has replaced those. I've been here twenty five years and he's been here quite a bit over that time. He has also put in some additional wiring for me as well. He does any electrical problem that I have. John Pelland is the one that is running the company now.
Description of Work: I use Pelland Electric for any electric work that I have.
