I was very pleased with Gisele's professionalism and especially happy that her husband was able to remove all of the soiled grout in the shower stall.

I am very satisfied with the service. I have two young children who do a number on the house over the course of a month, and Gisele and her team get the house back to tip top shape!

Professional and thorough

I am a real estate agent and I needed one of my listings cleaned for an open house, Gisele did a very good job, cleaning everything appliances 4 bathrooms windows etc. A very good job.

Not good. I spoke with with the owner, Gisele and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. She and her husband were no-shows for the appointment. I had to meet them there, as the house of the work being done was vacant. I waited for an hour, just in case they were running a little late. No phone call, no show. This is highly unprofessional in my opinion. They should be dropped off Angie's list.

Gisele charged us $280 to deep clean a completely empty 500 sq ft third-floor apartment in Westfield, MA. It was clean on the surface, but kitchen drawers and cabinets were not wiped out. Asked to have both sets of stairs, front and back, swept. It was obvious that only the stairs from the second floor to the third-floor were swept. I thought $280 was expensive to clean a tiny and empty apartment but was hopeful at least a thorough job would be done. I was wrong.

I had a great experience with this company on a one-time cleaning job. She was gracious in a bit of a challenging situation. Gisele is very easy to work with, responding promptly. She communicated clearly and the scheduling was smooth with no wasted time. She's very professional and they did a fantastic job.

Gisele and her team were great. They arrived on time and did a great job in a timely manner. We are looking to use this service instead of our regular service going forward.

Almir built a gorgeous kitchen pantry with pull-out shelves in a empty closet in my kitchen (see photos). Everything was custom and retro-fitted for the space. His work is impeccable, wonderful work ethic and attention to detail- not to mention incredibly respectful of my house and cleaned everything up afterwards. He quoted me and within one week came and completed the work- very fast and communicated with me throughout the process. I already have a few more projects lined up for him to work on!

Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged. I liked their work ethic and professionalism so much that I have hired Gisele and her cleaning company to do my monthly housecleaning. We've had one cleaning so far and it was done well. Gisele speaks both English and Portuguese and will do translating when necessary for Amir and her cleaning staff. I am having fun learning some Portuguese words, too! They are delightful, easy to correspond with, up-to-date with technology (you can text and Venmo them), and I will continue to use their services.

We could not go through with the work but they are great to work with and quoted us a great price in a timely manner.

Almir and his helpers did a wonderful job! He came with Gisele to give an estimate and both were very quick to understand what was needed and most importantly gave great suggestions on the best way to do the project. The workmanship was excellent and they were prompt and professional.

This company gives you attention to detail. Rates are very competitive. Workers are incredibly professional and want to make sure everything is done to perfection. They can do anything from cleaning your gutters, gardening jobs, building you furniture and remodeling your home, whether it’s a large or small project. Have used this company for over a year with great results. Would not recommend any other company. Oh and also ended up hiring cleaning staff on a permanent basis.

They were very good. What I liked about them is that he has a nice personality and was very flexible with the changes I would ask him to make. He didn't charge me any extra to make the changes during the job. They are very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.
