Ken and Kris removed my steel hatchway and replaced with cinder blocks. They finished on July 8th. After they left, I noticed my siding was still loose so texted Ken about repairing it and he replied promptly "no problem". After opening the basement door to the hatchway, I noticed some gaps around the bulkhead and let him know that more caulking needed to be done. July 11 I texted him asking when they would be able to stop by for my few fixes. No reply. Jul 18th another text sent, no reply. Around 7 pm on July 18 I left a voicemail for both Ken and Kris to call me at their earliest convenience regarding these repairs and again, no reply. Therefore, I have decided to rate my experience with this company. My thought was they knew they did an unprofessional job and didn't want to admit it. During the installation of the cinder blocks and steps, they did not show up on time, being as much as 3 1/2 hours late on one day. During the course of repair, I allowed them to drive into my backyard so as not to go back and forth to the street to retrieve the cinder blocks. One day after Ken was leaving he drove over my fire pit. I did ask him to repair it before they were completely finished with my hatchway/bulkhead. Instead of replacing the broken pieces, he just put the broken pieces on top of the other pieces and my fire pit is out of round. I am very unhappy with them at this point. It doesn't take too much time to call back with a time frame. Now I am left with the loose siding, gaps around the bulkhead, wood and flashing also sticking out around the side of the bulkhead and broken stone around my fire pit. I would have had another job for them had they fixed my hatchway but now I will look elsewhere for a company with more integrity and experience to fix their mistakes. Their business card states "Quality Craftsmanship", don't believe it.

Everytime I called Ken Moreau he answered the phone. I got direct answers. When we made an appointment, he was on time. The price was good, and the work was quality. It is very hard to find good service like this. Overall, I am very happy from A-Z.
