Lukasik Construction

If i just had to describe Lukasik Construction in one word it would be AWESOME. We just bought our first house and literally had nothing. We didn't even had furniture. This was our first house and we never had to deal with contractors before. We were surprised how pushy some of them could be. One stayed 5 hours until we finally just got sick of it and asked him to leave. Tim Lukasik was nothing like this. We called Tim and arrange for him to come out for a estimate. He then took measurements and asked us if we had a preference of what brand of windows we wanted. Since we were knew to this we didn't. Tim recommend some Harvey classics. He took the time to explain why they were a good window. He also suggested that we get a sliding window were the sink is. We love the job they did. The crew came out and we very professional and polite. They installed 10 windows one day and then a the big 8ft picture window the next. At the same time we were having some tiling done for a back splash in our kitchen. We needed some trim around the window. When Tim arrived we asked him if he could put some trim around the window. Tim ran to the store to get some parts and was done in like 30 min. We overall love the work they have done in our house. We would defiantly recommend them to any one that wants Excellent work at a fair price. Tim is very approachable and willing to to be flexible. Tim took a lose on this project because harvey was running a promotion and we failed to get back to him on time. He Charged exactly what was one the estimate. I can not say enough on what a wonderful experience we had working with Lukasik Construction.

We had ice dams at least a foot thick in some areas and 2-3 feet of snow on our roof...we have one of those homes with lots of hips and valleys along several different heights and could not reach most of it on our own, even with a roof rake. I contacted 13 companies and Tim Lukasik was one of only 3 who replied. He not only contacted me but included an estimate and the date on which he could do the work, all of which just made it so much easier to make a decision. Tim and his partner arrived on time and got straight to work, stopping for a lunch break, then right back at it. They took care with their tools not to damage the shingles and worked at a remarkable, but steady, pace. We were not home when they finished up, so we were pleasantly surprised to find not only our roofs clear, but also that they had cleaned up every bit of snow and ice from the walkways. Due to a mixup in communication, there was one section undone and, after a single email, they were back (again right on time) to finish up. Once again, working hard and finished with a superb cleanup! They even helped us with a small unrelated problem, at no additional charge. These 2 guys did more work in nasty weather, without a misstep or problem, than I thought possible under the icy conditions.
